Forum Kurallari
Genel Kurallar:
1 - Foruma sadece bir kez uye olabilirsiniz. Birden fazla uyelik tespitinde tum uyelik hesaplari durdurulur. Uyelik hesabi acildiktan sonra silinme talebinde bulunulamaz.
2 - Forumda paylasilan hicbir mesajdan yazilar.net yonetim ve yoneticileri sorumlu degildir. Sorumluluk mesajin sahibine aittir. Gerekli hukuki durumlarda kullanicinin ip numarasi, e-posta adresi, sahip oldugu kimlik bilgileri gerekli merciilere ulastirilir.
3 - T.C. yasalari, tuzugune aykiri, Turkiye Cumhuriyeti'ni bolucu, din, dil, irk, millet ayrimi gozeten, reklam iceren, ahlak disi, argo, siyasi propaganda, politik, hakaret, provoke iceren mesajlarin gonderimi yasaktir.
4 - Site dili Turkce olarak belirlenmistir. English Depot bolumunde ingilizce kullanmak suretiyle diger bolumlerde Turkce disinda herhangi bir dil kullanilamaz. Turkce'de varolmayan w, q, sh vb. harfler kullanmak, kelimeleri kisaltmak, konusuldugu gibi yazmak yasaktir. Turkce imla kurallari ve noktalama isaretleri dogrultusunda gonderilen icerikler forumda yayinlanir. Bu kriterler disindaki mesajlar silenecektir.
5 - internet dilinde buyuk harf bagirmak olarak bilindiginden ve forum duzenini bozdugundan dolayi buyuk harf kullanmak, konu basliklarinda ise tamamiyle kucuk harf kullanmak yasaktir. Konu basliklarinda; cumle icinde gecen kelimelerin ilk harfleri buyuk harfle yazilmalidir. Yine konu basliklarinda "Lutfen Okuyunuz" , "Yorum Yaziniz" gibi sacma ve komik cumleler kullanilamaz. Aksi takdirde mesajlar silenecektir.
6 - Ozel mesaj yoluyla hicbir uye rahatsiz edilemez, reklam yapilamaz. Herhangi bir rahatsizlik durumunda; moderatore bildir ikonu kullanilarak yonetim ile irtibata gecilir. Rahatsizlik dogrulandigi takdirde huzursuzluk yaratan uyenin tum haklari elinden alinir, uyelik hesabi durdurularak forumdan uzaklastirilir.
7 - Forum konulari disinda konu ve mesaj gonderilemez, konu gidisati bozulamaz. Kural disi, rahatsizlik verici bir konu goruldugu takdirde moderatore bildir fonksiyonu kullanilarak rahatsizlik dile getirilir.
8 - Yeni konu gonderiminde arama yapilarak konunun daha onceden eklenmis olup olmadigi kontrol edilmelidir. Arama islemi konu basligi olarak degil de konu icerisinde bir cumlelik alinti ile yapildigi takdirde gereken verim bulanacaktir.
9 - Konuyla ilgili kategori tespit edilir ve konu o bolume acilir. Kufur, cinsellik, futbol, siyasal gorus, toplum ahlak ve anlayisina aykiri, provoke iceren yazi, link ve resim eklemek yasaktir.
10 - Ekleyeceginiz konularin bir baska siteden alinti olmasi halinda konunun altina yazarin imzasi, yazar bilinmedigi takdirde alinti eki eklenir. Yazi konu ekleyeninse gereken imza eklenmelidir.
11 - Yazilar.net duzenleme ve silme haklarini saklamaktadir. Bu sebepten konu gondermeden once birkac kez gozden gecirmenizi oneririz.
12 - Imzalardan siz sorumlusunuz, imza karakteri 200 olarak belirlenmstir. Buyuk puntolarla yazi ve resim eklememeye ozen gosteriniz. imza ve avatarlarda reklam iceren resim, link, url, tanitim vb. bilgiler kullanilamaz. Uygun gormedigimiz imzalari silme hakkina sahibiz.
13 - Forumumuzda mp3 uzantili ve diger download materyaller paylasimi yasaktir. Lutfen bu materyallerin lisans ve albumlerini desteklemek amacli satin aliniz.
14 - Forum kurallarina uymayan uyeler uyarilir, ayni tutum sergilendigi takdirde uyelik hesaplari askiya alinir veya durdurulur.
15 - Forum kurallari degisikligi talebinde bulunulamaz. Gerektigi durumda yonetim maddeler uzerinde degisiklik yapma hakkini sakli tutar.
16 - Foruma uye olmakla bu kurallari kabul etmis sayilirsiniz.
